Read the following scenario and answer the question below.
Scott forgot to study for his big test, and he knew he wouldn’t be prepared. His grades have always been very important to him, and he doesn’t want this one test to ruin his GPA. Instead of talking to his teacher about his options, Scott decided to cheat on his exam. He looked over his neighbor’s shoulder during the test and copied all of her answers. When Scott’s teacher was grading the assignment, she noticed how the two tests were identical. As a result, both Scott and the other student received zeros on their tests.
