Safety Playbook for Individual Development
and Engagement of Responsible Students
Introduction and Objective >
What do you see when you look in the mirror? Have you ever wished that you could change the way you look? The way you walk? The way you talk? Have you ever talked yourself out of doing something before you even tried?
Unfortunately, we have all felt this way at times, where we doubt ourselves or question our abilities. Why is that, and how can we fix these negative thoughts?
Today’s lesson objective is: Students will explain what it means to develop a positive self-concept and will develop strategies that help them to maintain a positive self-concept.
